Shipments are handled as follows:
ITALY: free REST OF THE WORLD: calculated at checkout
Order fulfillment
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. They are processed within 48 hours of receiving the order and shipped after being checked by the companies that supervise payments. Orders placed during peak online traffic periods (such as holidays or around major events) may experience delays. Please note that all customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery of the Order
Shipments are guaranteed worldwide. The sender A.N.G.E.L.O. is not responsible for problems related to the forwarder.
Upon delivery of the package, the goods become the property of the customer.
Here are some cases that may occur:
- the package, upon delivery, appears evidently tampered with: customers are advised to sign the delivery with reservations or to refuse it;
- the Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests that it be returned to the sender: any return shipping costs eventually charged to A.N.G.E.L.O. will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer;
- It is not possible to deliver the shipment to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract: the package may be returned to the sender. All return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer and will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
