1. Our trade policy
1.1 These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.angelovintage.com between users of www.angelovintage.com and the Seller.
1.2 The General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Seller that are present on www.angelovintage.com through links, banners, or other hypertext links. We recommend that you check their terms of sale before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the Seller, as the Seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the Seller or for the execution of e-commerce transactions between users of www.angelovintage.com and third parties.
2. How to conclude the contract with A.N.G.E.L.O.
2.1 To complete the purchase of one or more products on www.angelovintage.com, you must complete the order form electronically and send it to the Seller electronically, following the relevant instructions.
2.2 The order contains a reference to the General Conditions of Sale and a summary of information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and its price, the payment methods you can use to purchase each product and the delivery methods for the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.
2.3 The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your order electronically, after verifying the accuracy of the relevant data.
2.4 Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by transmitting the order, you will be asked to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale and the Information on the Right of Withdrawal, to accept their contents and, if necessary, to print a copy using the print command and to save or reproduce a copy for your personal use.
2.5 The order will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process the procedures and in any case within the terms of the law.
2.6 Before submitting your order, you will also be asked to identify and correct any data entry errors.
2.7 The languages available for concluding the contract with the Seller are Italian and English.
2.8 Once the contract is concluded, A.N.G.E.L.O. srl will process your purchase order.
2.9 The Seller may not process purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect, or if the products are unavailable. In these cases, we will inform the customer by email that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not processed the purchase order, specifying the reasons. If the products presented on www.angelovintage.com are no longer available or are no longer on sale at the time of the last access to the site or the sending of the order form, the Seller will communicate, promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which the order was sent to the Seller, any unavailability of the ordered products. If the order form has been forwarded and the price has been paid, the Seller will refund the amount already paid.
2.10 By electronically submitting your order, you unconditionally accept and undertake to comply with these General Conditions of Sale in your dealings with the Seller. 2.12 Once the contract has been concluded, the Seller will send, by email, a purchase order confirmation email containing a summary of all the information (General Conditions of Sale, Information on the right of withdrawal, as well as all the essential characteristics of the product and detailed information on the price, payment methods and delivery costs).
3. Guarantees and indication of product prices
3.1 www.angelovintage.com offers vintage products for sale. Due to their particular nature, they may have been used and/or are in obvious wear. In the description of each vintage product, A.N.G.E.L.O. srl will specify the storage conditions of the item, if they differ from market standards.
3.2 The Seller also offers branded, luxury, and premium products, both new and used, in the various sections of www.angelovintage.com. These products are purchased directly by the Seller from fashion houses, manufacturers, retailers, and private individuals, carefully selected according to rigorous quality controls.
3.3 The essential product characteristics are presented on www.angelovintage.com within each product page. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.angelovintage.com may, however, differ from the actual colors due to the internet browser and monitor used.
3.4 Product prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Prices may be subject to change. Please check the final price before submitting the relevant order form.
3.5 All products come with an identification tag secured with a disposable seal. We ask that you do not remove the tag and the seal from the purchased products, of which they are an integral part.
3.6 In the event that you exercise your right of withdrawal, the Seller has the right to not accept the return of products that are missing the relevant tag or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
4. Payments
4.1 To pay for the products and related shipping and delivery costs, you may use one of the methods indicated on the order form. We accept credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer (including instant payment).
4.2 In case of payment by credit card, your financial information (for example, your credit/debit card number or expiration date) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to Stripe or other banks that provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access to it. Furthermore, this information will never be used by the Seller except to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to issue refunds in the event of product returns, following the exercise of your right of withdrawal, or when necessary to prevent or report fraud on www.angelovintage.com to the police.
